In October I enrolled on the NCFE – CACHE level 2 certificate in counselling skills with Life. I got a good feel from their website and any questions and information I requested before I proceeded were warmly answered.
I found the course platform very user friendly and easy to follow and was able to really benefit from the face-to-face classroom-based sessions practising core skills.
I found I was able to develop my skills in a safe environment through group-work and classroom activities which enabled learner participation and class discussion.
Overall I found the course great fun and it did not feel arduous. The course was very inspiring and the support and personalised aid I received from my tutor Valerie – outstanding. I am hoping to continue with my development with the Level 3 award in Counselling skills with Lifecharity.org and have no hesitation recommending their course to others who want to develop on this field.
