All learners are given a year to complete either their Level 2 or Level 3 Counselling qualification.

The day you registered will be the first day of your registration and your year to complete starts on that date, not when you complete your first assignment.

For example, if you registered the 1 July your end date will be the 1 July the following year.

At the end of your allotted period, your access to the Learner Dashboard will cease. If you have not completed your course within the year and you wish to continue with your studies, you will be able to apply for an extension at an extra cost.

You can apply for an extension time of up to one year if you would like to continue and complete your qualification. Please note that a fee will be charged.

When your agreed extension time has finished, and you have not yet completed your qualification, you will be able to purchase another extension within the year.

Unfortunately, after the extra year is up you will have to re-register to complete.

Prices for an extension are as follows: –

1 month = £35.00

2 months = £50.00

3 months = £65.00

4 months = £75.00
